Sometimes I really don't know how to deal with disappointment. This disappointment seriously affecting me now...I'm totally lost and upset. I not sure whether should I change path or continue stay with what I want, keep searching and keep on motivate myself that I will able to get it one day. The feeling of being rejected hurts me so bad.  I'm writing all these...just want to find place to let me release my feeling of insecure, doubt and sad feeling.

I plan to watch again full episodes of Twilight. It's undeniable that Twilight is a very good movie...to me. I love the happy ending whereby Edward and Bella can live happily forever but SOMEONE said that he expected more deaths in the last part. Haha...This is a love story, happy ending is perfect right? haha.

Back hometown

Tomorrow morning will back my hometown, Ipoh. I feel happy that I can go back have a long chat with my parents and sister. Miss them so much and tomorrow can see them :) Sometimes, we don't like our parents nagging, but when you long time never meet them, you won't really remember or care how they nag you last time. I would have to say Madagascar 3 is a fantastic movie, much more better than what I expected. The story line is very exciting and it stimulates us to keep predicting what will happen in the next scene. This movie is not only funny but very meaningful as well. I would like to say that they really put a lot of efforts and create a lot of surprises for us. Don't miss it; plan a time to watch it. I personally love Canon in D very much. I can keep repeat it over and over again. There are many different versions such as violin, piano, orchestra and so on. I had a nice conversation with big brother, "pang gor gor" few weeks ago. For your information, "gor gor" in Cantonese means "brother". Sometimes I feel that it's really good to have someone who can share with you lots of  real life experience. I sincerely appreciate that. There are few points that he shared with me whereby I personally think that those points are useful. Therefore, I would like to share out now.

He mentioned about self-reflection which means self-examination. When you face problems, for example financial problem, family problem & so on, do you really look into yourself, or just keep blaming others? He mentioned a very good point whereby things happen for a reason. You may have done something that make this happen and sometimes you don't even notice about it. Hence, it's very important for us to take times to do self-examination.

Don't ever let your emotion override your mind. Before you do something, you need to ask yourself regarding your "objective" for doing it. Please be "objective" driven, don't just follow your heart. Think carefully before you make any decision.

Keep reminding yourself to cultivate a good habit and good attitude. You can't control how smart you are,but you can control how you manage and face a situation.

IQ VS EQ , which is more important?

Question of the day:
Intelligence (IQ) VS Emotional Intelligence (EQ), which is more important?

Some people will think that if I'm a genius, I will become a very successful person. Things might not be happen in this way. If a genius is controlled by his or her emotion, I'm sure he or she will never be success in life. People have an emotional and a rational mind, but most of the time, we tend to make decision according to our emotional mind which lead to a situation whereby you will regret with what you have done. Getting frustrated with making bad decision? Are you one of them?

Think again...why people facing depression? Why people commit suicide? Is it partly due to they are having low EQ?

Again...why a couple always argue over the same issue? Why not just find a better solution instead of just blaming each other all the time? Besides, nowadays, people tend to quarrel over some small matters and they tend to speak out some bad words unintended which may harm or hurt the other party. Is it something to do with EQ as well?

Above are some examples for showing the importance of EQ, but how about IQ? Is that means IQ not important at all? You are wrong, my dear. IQ is important whereby we should not neglect or ignore about it.

Think again, nowadays, requirement for most of the jobs need at least a diploma or a degree holder. Besides, if you wish to invent something, do you need IQ? I bet most of you will know the answer. In addition, you may hear that your boss sometimes shout at his or her employee..."I need a good solution for this" or "This is not good enough, I need something better" or maybe "please be more creative" Do you think  EQ alone can solve all this? Or you need both IQ plus EQ only can satisfy your boss's demand?

Conclusion, my opinion is...EQ might be just slightly more important than IQ or maybe in certain extent, both of them are equally important. What do you think? You're welcome to share with me.

Picture Of The Day - Gloomy Scenery

Some people  dislike rainy days especially for those who like outdoor activities but some people not prefer to have sunny days as maybe they don't like to get sunburn or maybe they just hate the hot weather which make them sweat a lot. How about cloudy days? anyone? like or dislike?

Refer to the picture below, what will you think? For me, I enjoy looking at the misty and little bit of gloomy effect. Besides, the mixture of real and fake effects can stimulate your imagination.The strange part is this picture can really draw my attention to stare at it at least  5 - 10 minutes.
